Dr. Bill Moore
For the past 20 years Dr. Moore has served as a mental coach and advisor to elite performers both in the U.S. and abroad. His experience as a sport scientist, collegiate coach, competitive athlete, and teacher brings a unique blend of skills when helping individuals perform at optimal levels under ongoing competitive stress.
He has conducted performance enhancement seminars for a variety of businesses including Nokia, Northwestern Mutual Financial and Catholic Healthcare West, as well as sport organizations such as USOC, USPTA, and the PGA. He teaches a graduate course entitled “Performance Psychology for Musicians” in the University of Oklahoma School of Music, and has become a sought-after speaker for music pedagogy conferences. Dr. Moore has been a mental coach for PGA professionals, ATP tennis professionals and Olympic athletes, collegiate and elite junior athletes, and musicians.
Formerly a professional tennis player, NCAA Division I coach, Associate Professor of Sport Psychology and Director of a PGA/PGM program, Dr. Moore has a rich depth and breadth of skills in leadership and forming and developing effective teams. His applied research has focused on the relationship between confidence and trust, with specific application to elite performance. Dr. Moore has also presented and published papers at international and national conferences and has co-authored a book, Case Studies In Applied Sport Psychology: An Educational Approach

Dr. Nicki Moore
Nicki Moore, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and certified sport psychology consultant at a major NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision University. Dr. Moore serves as an assistant athletics director, and leads a staff of psychologists and training psychologists who provide counseling and sport psychology services for over 500 student-athletes while also directing the strategic planning efforts for the department.
As the Vice President for Moore Performance Consulting, Nicki works with individual counseling and sport psychology clients, working out of the Disordered Eating Center for Central Oklahoma (DECCO). Dr. Moore’s expertise in counseling and sport psychology, along with her uncommon caring combine to make an effective, fun, and passionate consultant and speaker.
Dr. Moore earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology from the University of Missouri. She has taught courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, has presented papers at national and international conferences, and has authored or co-authored several professional publications and book chapters.
A former Division I track and field athlete, Dr. Moore continues to run and she enjoys tennis, golf, cycling, mountain biking, surfing and other water sports – all appropriate outlets for her highly competitive nature! Additionally, and most importantly, she is the mother to Ian and step-mother to three fantastic young men, Brennan, Tyler and Cullen.
