Free Initial Consultation

We offer a free one-on-one initial consultation in order to asses the specific needs and goals of your organization and how we might best assist you in accomplishing them. This consultation is an extended conversation designed to gather information regarding the overall functioning of your organization, specific areas of concern that you have and suggestions for a plan of action that we can take together. Behavioral Assessment

We utilize a unique profiling system to assist us in understanding the strengths of individuals in your organization, their areas of performance struggles, and to provide the means to facilitate better working relationships among team members. It provides objective, accurate insights for better understanding yourself and others and differences in how one approaches both work and relationships.

Individual Strengths Assessment: Utilizing our assessments, we provide an objective description of each team member’s behavioral strengths and struggles.

Team Strengths Profile: Team profiles are valuable performance enhancement tools that provide a greater understanding of team dynamics and help facilitate better communication and effectiveness within the team.

Leadership Assessment and Development

We offer various leadership enhancement programs and assessments with the goals of improving leaders’ abilities to communicate and work effectively with their team, immediate peers, and supervisors, and assisting leaders in developing strategies and skills for maintaining healthy personal and professional relationships.

Our assessment tool is made available for individual leaders with the purpose of providing objective measures from which understanding is used close the gap between the leader they want to be and the leader they currently are. This assessment involves self rating as well as ratings from a cross-section of supervisors, peers, and direct reports. This tool is for leaders and managers to develop and refine their leadership skills while also obtaining feedback on five areas regarding how others experience their leadership style.
